"Not happy with the State Farm agent never answer the phone never call you back charge you late fees because they don’t answer the phone. You always got some kind of increase what they say about State Farm is actually true and I’m feeling it."

"On March 6th while driving on I271 my car quit running. I managed to limp to the side of the rode and used the State Farm on line road side assistance app on my phone to arrange for a tow. This was the first time I had used this app and after giving him a call my agent Bill Crestino helped me navigate through the app. I really appreciated his going out of his way to help. I received a check to cover the cost of the tow within several days of my forwarding a copy of the receipt to the Agency. I am very pleased with the service and personalized attention I was given."
